SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
Every item shipped is fully insured by USPS. APO or FPO address requires United States Postal Service Shipment (USPS) Option. Delivery time via Ground can range from 1 to 6 business days. Note that air and ground shipping times are measured in business days.
You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped. United States Postal Service shipments can be tracked here at USPS.
Orders that qualify for free shipping promotions will be shipped at no cost to you via first class delivery.
Return shipping charges for items not specifically covered under warranty will be deducted from any refunds given.
TBT Retro Gaming provides insurance coverage for every item over 50.00 we ship out. You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.
Domestic Shipping Outside the Contiguous
Orders destined for delivery in the United States, however outside of the 48 Contiguous States (eg; Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO addresses) will be shipped via ground delivery. APO or FPO strictly require us to ship via the US Postal Service.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please select the United States Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.
Weekend deliveries are valid only if; the Next Day Air Saturday delivery option is selected, and the package will be shipped to a domestic location.
Shipping and Item Problems
By entering into a purchase agreement with us, the customer agrees that in the event of loss or damage during shipment, the customer will be compensated by the insurance claim process and the customer agrees not to perform a credit card chargeback to recover such a loss. The customer also agrees to assume all liability for loss or damage during shipment if there is a 'Signature Release' of any kind on file for the delivery address. All claims for loss or damage during shipment must be initiated within 48 hours of scheduled delivery. If claim is denied by carrier/insurance company, the customer understands that TBT Retro Gaming is not responsible for reimbursement.
When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies with your item, or if the item is different than what was ordered, please contact TBT Retro Gaming within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. Please read our International Orders section below for International shipping problems. If the item received is different than what was ordered, please contact TBT Retro Gaming within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Product discrepancies not notified to TBT Retro Gaming within 48 hours may not be honored for replacement or refund. Note: Errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to correction.
International Shipping and Online Payment
International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
All online international orders are verified through the TBT Retro Gaming payment system to accommodate our International cardholders. Please note that your order may be subject to additional verification of address or product availability. If more information is needed, you will be contacted by a customer service representative shortly. You will receive a second email as soon as your order has been verified and processed. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address you provided so that we are able to contact you. If our verification department is unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. If your order is not approved you will be notified of your cancelled order status via email.
Duty and Shipping
Most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS. The average International order takes up to 1 week for delivery.
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by TBT Retro Gaming. If the item is received damaged, please contact TBT Retro Gaming within three business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
